* What can I expect on my first massage at Rosemarie's Healing Massage?
After introductions, you will be given a 1-page Intake form of your brief medical history to fill out. This form covers heart condition, circulation, allergies, and massage related issues (If you wish to view the form, click here: Intake Form). After you completed the form, I'll carefully review it for concerns specific to you and your massage. I will then show you to the massage room where I'll explain what you need to do. You can remove your clothing to your preference (i.e., no clothing, just underwear, or gym shorts) and remove all jewelry. After you remove your clothing, you lie face down on the massage table and cover yourself with the warm sheets and blanket. After explaining the above, I'll leave the room and allow you plenty of time to prepare and cover yourself before I enter the room again. I will always knock before I enter the room to ensure that you are ready.
* Am I exposed during the whole massage?
All clients are completely covered at all times (by sheets) except for the area of the body I am working on. You have a preference to wear no clothing, or your underwear/gym shorts if you want. Only one area of the body is exposed at a time while receiving massage work, and then that area is covered as I move on to the next area. It is mandatory to cover the client and have the body warmed at all times because the body temperature goes down as massage takes place.
* Are there any differences between the 30-minute and 60-minute massages?
A full body massage requires a minimum of 1-hour, therefore the 30-minute massage will focus on specific areas of your request. In a 60-minute massage, you will receive a full body massage or, if you prefer, it can focus on areas you find necessary.
* Is there a time limit when I get a massage? Can I take extra time before/after my massage to relax?
There is no time limit. Simply request that you would like more time to relax when you schedule your appointment. There is no extra charge. Our emphasis is for you to have total quiet and relaxation, and we will not rush you in any way.
* How do I make an appointment?

* Do I have to be of certain age to receive a massage?
All minors need signed parental consent and/or supervision during massage.

* Can I purchase Gift Certificates?
Yes! They are available at your request. We accept Visa, Mastercard, personal checks, and cash. They make great holiday gifts!
* How do I figure out pricing for the Bridal Package?
Each bridal party will be different depending on the number of people and your preferences, so you must call Rosemarie to discuss what you would like for your party. Price vaires with the size of the bridal party, food preference, location (Bed & Breakfast or your home), and packages you prefer (massage, manicure, and/or pedicure).

* I have allergies, can I have a massage?
You can receive a massage with allergies. We have unscented oils and lotions, or you have the option of receiving a massage with no oils/lotions if desired. If you are sensitive to candle scents and incense, just let us know and we customize the massage to accommodate you. We want you to be comfortable and relaxed.
* What about handicapped access?
Unfortunately, we do not have handicapped access at this time. However, I am willing to come to your home at your request to best suit your needs.
* Can I request a male massage therapist?
Yes. Simply request a male at the time of your appointment and I will set that in place for you.
